African Clay Mask Sculpture Double Face - Two-Sided Mask. This West African Mask captures the elegance of a Punu Ancestor Mask coiffure, adorned with sculptured cowrie shells above the copper colored faces. It has the closed eyes and well formed, striking black arched eyebrows of the ancestors mask. The mask is permanently, sculpted onto the black, iron stand that is adorned with four glass beads.

This vintage, collectible mask dated in the late 20th century is in very good condition. There has been slight breaking of the clay in a few areas, which are shown in the photos above. Please note the breaks, as photos have been taken of all angles. On side one of the mask, it is very slightly noticeable; turn to the other face/side to see how it is shown there.
