We accept payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. California customers will be charged California Sales Tax.
All items are shipped within 1-4 business days. You will have the option on checkout to choose your shipping method from USPS, Fed Ex, DHL, although the best shipping method for your purchase will be determined by Cultures International.
International Shipping Options are USPS, Fed Ex or DHL We will always choose the safest and most cost-effective shipping method for the location.
International customers will be responsible for all duties, taxes and/or additional charges levied by the buyer's country.
Refunds and Exchanges
Unused merchandise returned within 7 days of receipt in the same condition it left our warehouse may be refunded, less the shipping costs. Refunds will be made using the same method of the original purchase, i.e. Visa will be refunded on your Visa card, PayPal will be refunded on PayPal, less shipping and handling charges. Return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer. In the case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges. Please make us aware of any returns so that you will have the proper return address and information and receive a return authorization. All Returns Must Have an Authorization Number (RAN) from Cultures International, at which time we will give you return information.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are returning an item, you may want to consider using a shipping service with tracking and purchasing shipping insurance.
