These bangles are tightly woven and slightly larger than the flip flop bracelets that are made by the same group of Fisher-Women in Mali, West Africa. Recycled prayer mats are used in making these very unique bracelets. They are worn by both men and women and they are slightly larger than the flip flop bracelets and work very well for larger hands. The bangles have a slight stretch and flexibility.

These bangles can be worn in the shower or the ocean as they are water resistant. Six bracelets are shown in the photo and the listing is for 5 bracelets. Wearing multiple bracelets accentuates the look.

Colors: Black Green White Yellow - The bracelets are so slim and intricately made that I thought they were all green and white until I photographed them and saw the differences on the computer.
