African Red Tapestry Wall Hanging Tablecloth Shawl South Africa 70" X 53"
This authentic, handcrafted tablecloth is made using traditional Xhosa African design, colors and fabric. These come in the tribal colors of red, off-white, or orange all with black appliqued tribal design. Although made as a tablecloth it can be used as a wall hanging, throw, fabric and as a traditional Xhosa tribal shawl. See the photo of a South African customer in my showroom who was so excited to see these textiles that she wrapped one around herself as the traditional Xhosa shawl and added our vintage Zulu hat.
This rectangular tablecloth in red, with black applique in a tribal circular design, is framed with black piping around the curved edges, and is 100% cotton.
Xhosa is the South African tribe of Nelson Mandela.
